Important Point for Resorts

1. Bookings are subject to confirmation from our resort partners

2. Rates are subject to change without notice

3. Premium is charged for festival and holiday seasons

4. Navigers is a resort aggregator and try to deliver as showcased by the resort however exercise no direct control over the pictures of the resort posted here and the quality maintained at the resort. We try to check all the resort on boarding with us however it is not possible always

5. Most of the resort do not allow unmarried couple to live together

6. ID card is must to be carried by the traveller who has booked the resort or for whom it booked

Important Point for Holiday packages

1. Premium will be charged during festival season or long holidays season and weekend for hotel booking. Some hotels if do not have restaurants or charge hefty amount; in those cases we will not be able to arrange breakfast however we will compensate by INR 100 per head per day for breakfast or we will ask our guide to take you for breakfast

2. This price is applicable for couple booking

3. The change in dates will attract re-quote

4. Normal hotel check-in time is from 2:00 PM onward and check-out time is at 12 PM and in India its 12 for check in and 10 for check out

5. The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge, if applicable during the given travel period

6. 'No Show' is subject to full booking charges

7. Pls call us for group booking discount if there are more than 2 adult travellers

8. For international trips Forex conversion of 4.4% or INR 2000 is applicable per booking

9. Package has to be booked at least 5 days in advance to ensure quality. For urgent packages we will try our best to arrange the best hotel available for you in that category

10. If more than one state is included in the transfers; there will be additional interstate taxes that our customer has to pay

11. No money will be refunded if hotels are car is booked and payment is already made. In this case Navigers will provide proof of expense to customer

12. No bookings are made until customer makes the payment

Important Point for Airport taxi

1. Airport booking should be done at least 24 hours in advance

2. Driver will wait maximum of one hour in case of flight delay and customer will have to compensate the company by INR 300 for first one hour and INR 500 for next one hour.

3. Driver will not wait for more than two hours

4. Driver name, number and vehicle number will be provided 4 hours in advance

5. Starting kilometer and ending kilometer is calculated garage to garage.

6. Parking, toll and state tax should be paid by the customer as actual.

7. If the pick up or drop is in between 6 10 PM to 6 AM then night shift allowances has to be given to the driver which is INR 300.

8. Customer must inform Navigers where the car will be taken to and the route followed. Deviation in the rote is allowed however permission from the Navigers has to be obtained if the route has large deviation then what was informed.

9. Traveller will not ask driver to disobey the traffic rules or to indulge anything not civilized like racing on the public road or any kind of off roading or asking the driver to drive above permissible limits.

10. Traveller will not smoke, or any other drugs or consume liquor inside the car or let driver do it. If driver indulge in drinking traveller must inform the company right away

Important Point for car booking

1. Minimum number of kilometres charged per day is 250km.

2. Any number of kilometre run over 250 will be charged separately as per the car.

3. Starting kilometer and ending kilometer is calculated garage to garage.

4. Parking, toll and state tax should be paid by the customer as actual.

5. Driver daily charges for car is is INR 300 and for Bus is INR 600 and has to be paid by the customer. If the driver services are used before 6 AM or after 10 PM night shift allowances has to be given to the driver which is INR 300 or INR 600 per day depending upon the vehicle.

6. Driver details will be provided a four hours before departure.

7. Customer must inform Navigers where the car will be taken to and the route followed. Deviation in the rote is allowed however permission from the Navigers has to be obtained if the route has large deviation then what was informed.

8. Traveller will not ask driver to disobey the traffic rules or to indulge anything not civilized like racing on the public road or any kind of off roading or asking the driver to drive above permissible limits.

9. Traveller will not smoke, or any other drugs or consume liquor inside the car or let driver do it. If driver indulge in drinking traveller must inform the company right away.

10. Cars / Bus rate may change without prior notice if Diesel/Fuel price change.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For bookings more than 24 Hours 

• If booking is cancelled within 24 hours of pickup time, rental amount and Loss Damage Waiver charges (if applicable) for one day will be deducted along with 3 % processing fee on rest of the refund amount from the booking amount.
• If booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to pick up time, no rental will be deducted, only 3% processing fee will be charged on the refund amount.If booking is cancelled at or after pick up time, no refund will be provided.

For bookings upto 24 hours 

• No refund will be provided in case of hourly rental booking.

No Show Customers 

• In case the customer does not turn up till 2 hours after the scheduled pickup time, booking will be considered as no-show and entire booking amount will be forfeited.

Mandatory Documents (in Original)

• Driving Licence
• Passport / Aadhaar card
• The identification documents need to be in the name of the person who is booking the car and he should be present with the original documents at the time of pick up.

Eligibility
The minimum age required to rent a Self drive Car is 21 years old.

Restrictions:

• For Hourly booking, extra per Km. charges will be applicable after free Kms. (10 km free for each hour of booking).
• Over speeding (Speed limit 120km/hr) will attract penalty. This is for your own safety.
• All Govt. taxes and charges would be in addition to booking charges.
• Pets and liquor is not allowed. Violation will attract penalty.
• For Home pick up / drop off, the given address should be within 10 kms of the selected location else the booking will be cancelled as per the cancellation policy.
• This car is not allowed to be taken to Ladakh
  

Important Point for bike booking

1. Unlimited kilometres

2. Fuel to be filled by customer

3. Bike has to be picked by the customer from the garage address provided or we can deliver at the additional cost.

4. Parking, toll and state tax should be paid by the customer as actual.

5. Any puncture, repair, damage happened during the trip has to be 

6. Customer must inform Navigers where the bike will be taken to and the route followed. Deviation in the rote is allowed however permission from the Navigers has to be obtained if the route has large deviation then what was informed.

7. Biker should not disobey the traffic rules or to indulge anything uncivilized like racing on the public road, etc.

8. Traveller will not smoke, or any other drugs or consume liquor while riding as it may harm him/her and the bike and somebody else.
